"very happy with the price of my items. they were half the price that i found on some other sites. they were also VERY fair and upfront with shipping prices. they didn't just put cheap list prices and then charge crazy shipping rates to make up the difference like lots of other sites out there are doing. Shipping was quick and the items were as described. My only compaint would be that my items (small "two peas in a pod" candles x206 for wedding favors) had all flipped around in shipping, so i've got to open them all up and right them. this may have happened in shipping not at the factory, so there probably isn't much there could be done about that. "I used pricewise favors to order my wedding favors. The selection of favors was better than any other favor site out there (and there are so many). The customer service was impeccable. I spoke to an customer service rep named Scott and he was very helpful. When my favors were delivered to my door, they were unfortunately stolen. I immediately freaked out and amongst the wedding stress, I now had to deal with recovering my stolen favors. I contacted Pricewise favors and Scott responded right away. He opened a case for me with the shipping company and helped me through the entire process. After a through investigation which was done (keeping in mind my wedding date), Pricewise resent the favors. Thankfully I ordered favors way ahead of time, so I had time to recover them but Scott made sure he resolved my issue as soon as possible. They were understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and put a frantic bride at ease (which is not easy). Thank you SO much. One year later, I still remember all the help I received and I'm still ever so grateful for your help!"
