"Pool Supply is a reseller and will not stand behind anything they sell. I purchased a costly pool cleaner that was advertised to pick up leaves. Tried it once and found it was falsely advertised. They said tough luck, they would never accept something that had been used. I ask you- how do know if a product works if you cant use it!! "I ordered a replacement motor for my pool pump. After giving the first sales person all the information from my pump label and making clear that I needed a 2 speed pump numerous times. I get disconnected, call back, ask for original guy I was speaking with and the guy who answers (the owner) tells me he knows about my call and can help me. I give him the model number again and tell him I need a 2 speed motor and he hooks me up and all is good - right? But NO! Motor gets here and it is a SINGLE speed motor. I call and the owner tells me that I gave him the model number that needed to be replaced and the motor sent was the one recommended by the manufacturer. I wanted to return the worthless motor and they refuse to accept it! I will never use this company again and if you think you are doing business with a company that stands behind their products, you will be greatly mistaken!!! I ended up using Poolzoom, they went above and beyond to help me and stood behind their products and their word."
