Yesterday my American Express card was refunded the same amount.
No phone call or email from pool supply unlimited to explain.
I called and was told the order was cancelled because picking up the items was not an option.
Picking up my items was an option at the time I ordered my products so why is it a problem now.
The option of pick up should have never been on there website for me to chose from if this was not the case.
Saving money on shipping anyone would want especially for a savings of $550.00 !!!!

Ordered a Pool Blaster Max vacuum on May 26th. On the same day we ordered a pool motor from another company and received in 3 business days; with many updated notifications via email.
With you, we had not received one notification- and was told would ship in three business days but the order is still showing "pending". We started trying to call on day 6, no answer but left a message. Day 7 I called again and someone answered. He said we should have already received it and would research and call me back. No call back. Day 9, left another message and even an email through your website-no response. Day 10, I called, finally reaching a live person and he looked our order up and said was on back order. This information should have been relayed to us via email, a phone call, something but was not. I ask him to cancel the order. Within 30 minutes my husband gets a phone call from you stating you cannot cancel the order. He brought the phone to me and after speaking for couple minutes, Nick ensured this would be cancelled.
