I'm writing this post after my wife's dad ordered a product from you.
Yoram, my wife's dad ordering pool liner, the product did not arrive at the right dimensions and in your order you claimed that if there was a problem it was your sole responsibility and we could receive a credit or ship the right product.
After not agreeing to send the right product or return the money to us, I want everyone to know and be careful that the company does not take responsibility for its mistakes.
The company blocked Yoram on Facebook, shrugged off responsibility, and acted shamefully.
We spent our best money to purchase the product and were very disappointed to find that the company didn't care about the customer.
We are angry and disappointed and recommend that no one purchase through them."

"My original shipping information indicated that my order was still sitting on the dock after days. The day of expected delivery I reached out to customer service. They claimed USPS did not pick up the order and warehouse was closed due ot Coronavirus. They initiated a subsequent order from another warehouse (which I had to pay for in advance). Received a text message that the original order did, indeed, ship (under a different tracking number). Received a package that evening, but the contents were for another customer with a different part.
The second order did eventually arrive, and it was the correct part. Pretty messed up order that eventually was corrected. "

"I ordered a new Pentair super flow pump. It came very quickly And was shipped from California to Florida. Upon opening the box I discovered that the front end of the pump “the volute” was cracked. I called Pool supply Unlimited and was able to speak with Jose. Jose requested I send him some pictures which I did immediately. Got an email from him later that day that they had a part in stock and was shipping it to me. That piece was overnighted, I had it the next day. I installed the piece immediately hooked up the pump and had no problems! Great customer service."
