Not the correct hose.

"I ordered a Polaris 3900 cleaner hose. The hose I received was in two pieces (broken) and was not the same hose as pictured online. There was no way to connect it to my Polaris either. I called the company to request a refund and was asked if I wanted a replacement. I said I only wanted to return this hose and get a refund. The lady was very kind and told me she could take care of me. I received the return shipping label and instructions. As I read them it said they would have to charge me $15.00 shipping fee and also a 15% restocking fee. WHAT? I called again to the company and asked about the two charges. I said I thought I could return the hose for less and why a restocking fee on a broken part. I was told this was company policy. I have returned the BROKEN hose and hope to receive a refund after all company charges are deducted. I will NEVER order from this company again and I hope others will reconsider before ordering from this company either. VERY discouraged!!"

"The UPS driver knocked on the door and handed me the box, I unpacked, put it together, and put the Polaris in the water within 20 minutes. Clean pool two hours after that. Great Experience."

Responsive customer service

"Overall fine experience and good prices. I was disappointed when I ordered and was charged for three pool lights yet only received one. When I contacted customer service via email asking where my other two lights were, I was informed my other two lights were back ordered until late January which is too late for me. So they will credit me back the two pool lights but it’s more work for me and then I have to follow up and make sure it does get credited and re-order lights from another vendor, etc. I just wish I had known that they were on back order when I first place the order. They were expensive so taking that money out of my bank account and having to re-order more lights from another vendor before I had money back in the bank was very frustrating. "

Delivery problem

"There was a problem with delivery of this order. I contacted PoolSupply World and they checked out what went wrong and found the problem which they corrected right away. It was the first delivery problem I've had after years of doing business with them and am pleased to say that this experience will in no way change who I order my pool needs from."

"was told there wouldnt be any return because of fees .the product an o ring, wasnt properly id.ed and that it was my fault thst i didnt ask someone first Landin was the guys name .
