"Ordered new pool filters, O-ring and Bleed Tube. They came promptly. Everything is as I ordered but have not used them yet. Just getting ready for the spring. The prices on the Filter was the main reason I placed an order.

"I needed a Whisper-Flow pump and shopped around online and came across Pool Supply World. I compared pricing and thought, what I had discovered, was a mistake between the difference in cost from Pool Supply World and from other companies. Even with shipping to North Dakota, the difference was REALLY WORTH IT!!!
My second concern, besides needing a new pump, was the weekend was just around the corner and I thought I might have to shut my hot tub down, for the weekend. In the hotel business, if people don't have use of the hot tub over the weekend, they get cranky. Pool Supply World came through for me there too!! Overnight shipping was PERFECT! PLUS, with the added expense of overnight shipping, my cost was STILL less, than other suppliers. THANK YOU Pool Supply World! And NO! I was NOT paid to write this! "
"I ordered a US Seal Manufacturer Seal and received an Aladdin Seal instead and the company would not correct the issue even after I jumped thru all of their hoops including sending pictures of the product they sent. I will never buy from or trust this company again.

"Placed order, received order confirmation immediately and that’s it. A week later I wondered where’s the order so I send an email requesting an update. I received a response immediately to be told they had depleted their part stock for tires and will not be receiving for 3 weeks!!! Why wasn’t I informed upon order confirmation that the item was not in stock and would take 3 weeks??? If it wasn’t because I sent an email asking for update I would’ve never known. So I sent a response to that email telling them it was unacceptable to not be informed about back order and expected an update of possible earlier ship date as I needed the parts ASAP. I received zero response to date on that email. Great customer service! Communication is key when you are a store. Customers need to be told you do not have this item in stock so in the event they are expecting the item when ordered. This was my first and last purchase. "
