"Ordered a gas cooktop that was damaged in shipping. I did not learn the product was damaged for3 weeks, since I waited that long to install it. Plesser wanted to charge me to ship the damaged product back plus a $108 dollar restocking fee for a new cooktop.
Absurd. I had to cancel the order and get a refund. Then ordered the product somewhere else.
