"Bought a large refrigerator. Price was good, buying experience was good. Overall very happy with Plesser's. The delivery company is a different story. They unwrapped the fridge at the truck and then used a hand truck to moveit into the house. They did not protect the fridge on the handtruck! Result: dents on the front and side. Complained to Plesser's and they offered to reduce the price or get a replacement fridge. If delivery had been good, then rating would have been at least four stars."

"I was pleasantly surprised by Plessers. A friend recommended it to me and I found the refrigerator which was almost $400 less than elsewhere plus it had shipping which I would get back as rebate which turned out into a good deal. The refrigerator came in great shape and my wife is loving it. Only complain I have is it took almost 2.5 weeks to get the delivery which I am fine as I had a spare fridge but might be a deal breaker for some one else."
