"they sent the merchandise out in a timely manner; however their was a part missing. i notified them but they have not responded to my e-mail. so the training is almost useless to me."

"I ordered a Callaway practice net combo and when it arrived, the promotional Callaway practice balls were not in the box. It was a Friday afternoon and I live in California, but I decided to email the company and inquire why they were not included. Approximately ten minutes later, I received a reply from the company with an apology and promise to send the missing practice balls, plus and additional nine balls immediately. The practice balls arrived within a few days as promised. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their customer service, in addition to their product, price and shipping. I would ABSOLUTELY order from them again and suggest their site to friends and family."

"Very good quality and looks are great. Only one slight drawback and that is the size is about 1/2 size larger than normal but this is a training glove and I would rather have it a little to large than a little to small. Shipping was quick and yes I would buy from this seller again and I would even buy this product again."

"On Friday Jan. 25 (2013) I ordered a SwingSmart swing analyzer from The PlayBetterStore though Amazon with overnight shipping. When my unit arrived the next day, the box had been opened and was missing users guide. I immediately contacted both Amazon and PlayBetterStore explaining the problem. In less than an hour, a representative from PlayBetterStore contacted me and apologized for the problem (even though Amazon could have been the reason for the opened box), offered to refund my initial shipping, and promised to send me a new system with expedited shipping to arrive the following Monday. Furthermore, I had some technical questions and the representative sent me email address of the device tech support person. Although I did not want to receive an open box system in the first shipment, I was very pleased with both the speed and quality of the response from PlayBetterStore. Not many vendors would respond so quickly on a Saturday AND offer no hassle replacement even though they could argue Amazon could share blame for the opened shipment. In short, solid integrity from this vendor. In the interest of full disclosure, the vendor's representative did ask me to complete a review, but I would have done so voluntarily had I been aware of this website."

"I had problems with the sensor on the smart swing. I called on Tuesday and they shipped another one the same day and I received the replacement on Thursday. You can't ask for better service than that. I have also called several times with questions and they were very polite and knowledgeable. You can't ask more from a company than good support and someone that stands by what they sell. I have been very happy with the interaction that I have had with this company and I would highly recomment this company to my friends (which I have already done)
