"i ordered the Swing Tip Pro for a Christmas Present. I never received it. On the Friday before Christmas Eve, I panicked. I called PlayBetter, even though I didn't order the product from them, they were willing to go out of the way to help me. They got in contact with the company I ordered it from and had the owner contact me right away. PlayBetter then kept me posted all day long. Thanks to the wonderful customer service I was able to receive from PlayBetter I was shipped out a new one overnight and received it Christmas Eve morning.
