"Product easy to find on site. Discounts a bit confusing. Some I entered didn't work "THANKSDAD" and when I emailed to ask, was told they were expired. There was no expiration on the coupon or the site that offered them. If you use coupons that expire, put it on the coupon. It was a bit frustrating trying one then another coupon until one worked.

"Outstanding Customer Service!

I ordered the SwingByte2 for my husband's 1st Father's Day present. When completing the order online, the expected shipping date was quoted as 5 days away. When I didn't receive the product on the 5th day, I e-mailed PlayBetterStore.com with my question and received a response within just a couple hours. It turned out I had purchased a pre-order and the product hadn't even reached the store yet (it was my error in understanding, as it had been clearly stated on the product page.) The response e-mail I received from customer service explained to me why my purchase hadn't been sent within 5 days and that, in fact, the 1st shipment was due to arrive at the store that week and mine would be sent soon after.
Just as promised, it did arrive! My husband loved it!
We had one small problem with the charging cord cracking and exposing wires. I e-mailed PlayBetterStore.com and again was extremely impressed with their quick response. I was mailed not only 1 replacement cord, but 2 :) I am one HAPPY customer!"
