"Ordered a factory refurbished Droid Eris from them. Phone came quickly enough, and looked great, but battery was defective (would hold no charge whatsoever). So i tried another battery, phone booted up, and phone would make and receive calls but mic and speaker could not be heard on other end. Phone also exhibited strange lags in touch screen behavior. Waiting for resolution - I phoned and emailed; they never responded to my email but did say they would issue a refund. If you get them on the phone they're responsive but they do not answer emails or voicemails promptly. "

I wanted to use paypal and there was a link but it didn't work. I wanted to use ups for shipping but they only had a usps option. After a week of dealing with the postal service, I finally got my phone, however I payed $20 for 2 day shipping. The phone is great but I'm a bit miffed about the shipping. "

I keep righting back to the company phonesale.com and also called the phone number and left mesages, But no anwser. they said on there websight you need some number before shipping it back but it has to be back in 7 days for a refund. So i pay to ship it back with signing when they get it. They got it a weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund... Not happy. paypal is looking into why..."
"The reason I purchased this phone is because it is the only phone ever made that comes standard with a built-in blue tooth ear piece, which docks into the back of the phone. The phone arrived without the ear piece despite the claim that this was a factory refurbished phone. There was no disclosure that the ear piece was not included. This is the main feature of this phone, which got high praises on the internet. When I contacted them about the missing ear piece they checked and indicated that none of these phones in their inventory had the ear pieces. They made some weak claim that they believe that this was for sanitary reasons. I have purchased this same phone as factory refurbished from another company and the ear piece was included. When I asked for a price reduction due to the fact that a main feature was missing they would not give me one. I only kept the phone because I could not find another one and I still had a working ear piece from my old phone."
