"I ordered a phone back on Dec 17th and had received it actually fairly quickly. However, the phone was purchased for my girlfriend for christmas so it was not activated until then. Once the phone was activated we found out that the phone was defective, the charger did not work, using another charger I also found out that the battery only lasted about an hour. Also, you could hear through the speaker but the person you were calling could not hear you.
I then called them and was told to ship it back to them (which I did and cost me 8$) I mailed the package out on Dec 27 via USPS and they are claiming they have still not received the phone. It is now Jan 23rd. What I find really weird though is that both times I have called to check up on the return they tell me well our returns department has not processed it therefore it is not in their system. They are also saying that due to the holidays it is taking more time for them to process returns.
So the question is, have they received it and are just sitting on it? Or did the post office loose it? I have called multiple post offices to see if there is a box lost but no luck.
Anyhow, lessoned learned on my end is to never buy used stuff and make sure you get a tracking number from the post office no matter the situation.
