"I had a very urgent situation where an embassy was not able to process my visa request since I did not have enough pages left in my passport. I connected with Sapto and his team at Passport Visas Express. Since my passport was already in Washington, DC his team went to the embassy to pick it up, process the addition of new pages to my passport, and return it to the embassy so they could finish my request. From the time I initially contact Passport Visas Express to the point that my passport was returned to the embassy was a total of 3 days. If I had to do all of this myself, it could have taken 2-3 weeks and I would have missed by urgent trip.

"I could not have been happier with the services received. I was in an emergency situation having underestimated the time required to obtain visas to Russia and Belarus. On top of that, when I mailed in my documents, I learned I didn’t have enough pages in my passport to accommodate both visas. The only solution given the time constraint was to use an expedited service to get new pages via the State Department, and to expedite both the Belarusian and Russian visas.

The agent I worked with assured me there would be no problem. Moreover, they were generous enough to waive some of their own fees for expedited service, because the package I needed was quickly becoming unaffordable due to consular fees. It would have been easy enough for them to charge the full rate, knowing I needed the service regardless, but it was more important to them to establish customer loyalty. They certainly succeeded in that.

Dealing with the consulates directly would have been a nightmare. That’s what I attempted at first. They are virtually impossible to reach consistently, keep sparse hours, and often report contradictory information. I would have missed my trip trying to work with them. I was very glad to have cut through the red tape and worked with an experienced private company that has established relationships with the embassies and consulates.

Service from PassportVisasExpress was professional and reasonably priced. They far exceeded my expectations and proved expert at what they do.
