"I really appreciated the help given to us by the person when we called each time with questions. They were very eager to help and explained directions well and answered all our questions in a helpful cheerful voice. However, we felt that if you had someone who nothing of the passport service, would go through the steps, they could see it through different eyes. By doing this, you could find where the steps are unclear and avoid people asking so many questions. We had questions about shipping and if you don't go through the entire steps you don't know that the shipping address will be at the end. And you don't want to commit to purchasing the visa if you aren't sure about the cost and other questions. It was a little confusing about working offline on the visa and then printing them off but then paying online even though we have to send it by mail. Maybe you could just explain all the steps before you even begin. That would have been helpful I think."

I needed my passport back asap due to my work, international air ambulance service.. Sent the materials out by fedex on a Tuesday for first thing in the morning delivery, got the new passport back on Thursday. All was in order, no time from work was missed because of an absent passport. The costs involved were not a problem compared to missing work due to a longer passport renewal process. Thumbs up!"
