"When I spoke with a representative I was provided incorrect information which meant having to send a second FedEx with additional supporting info. After much discussion PVE agreed to pay the FedEx charge for the second parcel. I wish I did not have to argue about this as they had clearly provided the wrong information from the outset. They did however expedite the job, so it will be done on time despite an extended delay due to holiday schedules. I have used this service many times with no glitches, and would use them again as they came through as promised."
