"I was able to cross reference the parts with both the original manufacturer listings and diagrams and pictures available on the Parts Tree website. We live one county over from the fulfillment center and generally receive our order within a day or so. This still requires the items to be in stock and be packaged and submitted to the shipper in a timely manner. This has been our experience with Parts Tree on the most recent items and our previous orders as well. My brother-in-law maintains and repairs various types of equipment for individuals in our area. "Tried to get a set of bar bolts for my saw and had no luck. The salesman I spoke with didn’t have any firsthand knowledge of chainsaw’s so I explained in detail what I needed. They sent me 2 tiny screws to who knows what but definitely not for a bar. I called back after receiving the wrong parts and again didn’t have any luck. The good part is that I was given a full refund. "

Both our website and the confirmation email reflected a delay on this order. However, it does appear that the parts arrived quickly and did ship out within the timeframe quoted. This order is currently in transit to you and your shipping and tracking email was sent on 3/29. I re-sent the tracking information earlier this morning as well. I will also monitor this order and notify you of any further delays.
It is at the time that orders ship, that the funds are captured. Anything prior to that is a pre-authorization hold, verifying funds are available at the time the purchase is made. This is not an actual charge and no money was removed from your account when the order was placed.
