"I was able to cross reference the parts with both the original manufacturer listings and diagrams and pictures available on the Parts Tree website. We live one county over from the fulfillment center and generally receive our order within a day or so. This still requires the items to be in stock and be packaged and submitted to the shipper in a timely manner. This has been our experience with Parts Tree on the most recent items and our previous orders as well. My brother-in-law maintains and repairs various types of equipment for individuals in our area. Both our website and the confirmation email reflected a delay on this order. However, it does appear that the parts arrived quickly and did ship out within the timeframe quoted. This order is currently in transit to you and your shipping and tracking email was sent on 3/29. I re-sent the tracking information earlier this morning as well.
