"Ordered a replacement grille for my V70 T5 and was very happy with the price. However, when I received the item, even though the box was in perfect condition, there was no packing material inside. Just the grille, in it's original light bubble wrap "bag". Needless to say, multiple mounting tabs were broken.
I haven't lost my faith in partstrain.com, but I am disappointed in their packing abilities, or lack-there-of.

"It turned out I did not need the part. Was going to return it, but they didn't supply a return shipping label. When it went to ship it back was told shipping was 81.00 dollars. Basically I would have just been giving the free money. It is just bad business in my book."
