I told him that I didn't think he really did. This customer service rep spent the next 10 minutes demanding that I apologize to him because he did understand. I finally hung up the phone. My part didn't until Feb. 22nd! I called Parts Train and XPO - their parts delivery company every day for almost 3 weeks. No one could give me an answer of when it would actually be delivered and why it kept being delayed. When I asked for a refund of my high shipping charges, they offered me $16 back. I paid $185.57 in shipping and handling. My customer was without their car for almost a month because these guys couldn't get their part delivered in a reasonable amount of time! Very disappointing. "

"Bought a timing belt kit for a 2006 Swift+. At the time of check out, i was told it would ship in 24 to 48 hours.
Two days later I was trying to track the parts but there was no indication it had shipped
Three days after purchase I called and again, no indication it shipped
5 days after purchase I received an email from parts train that said the parts are not in stock and the order was canceled.
Why did it take so long to find out there was no stock?
I need to keep my cars on the road and with this kind of service it will not be possible.
