"I ordered nerf bars for my Ram 1500. They were the wrong part. I called the manufacturer of the nerf bars Westin to find the correct part number. So I called back Part Train to re-order and they said the part wouldn’t fit my truck. I ordered it any way and they do fit. Parts train charged me for the return shipping which I didn’t think I should pay for. They did Credit me quickly but if the website had accurate info none of this would have happened."

"This is the second time I have received a wrong part listed as "direct fit" for my vehicle. The first time I was able to determine it was wrong before I installed it and I had the correct part number when I called back but the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about so I had to order the correct one myself and then return the first one try to get my money back. This time I didn't know the parts were wrong until I installed them. Once again I had to do my own research and find the correct part number and order them again. The problem is since they were already installed, I can't return them. I will reconsider my options in the future if I have to double check all my part numbers before I buy from you again."

"Just looking for a license plate bulb socket. The pictures on the site were of poor quality, I couldn't really tell what I was looking at. They did not have a picture of the plug portion. I ran through their 'fitment checker'. Anyway, I received a turn signal socket which has not only a different plug but also -on my vehicle- a different bulb. The company was really good about it though-- I contacted the IM service contact and they refunded my money without returning the part. I ended up with a dremel and sodering iron and about 2 hours to fix a 5 dollar part. So bad and good experience-- buyer beware."

"I ordered a radiator the price was excellent it arrived fast before date they said. My only issue is parts train uses poorly uneducated off shore call centers in the Philippines and if you have a question they are useless!!! I needed to ask a question about fittings the young Filipino gal was clueless! I told her this is why I hate using companies who use cheap labor off shore call centers and the reps have NO! Knowledge at all of anything just a sweet voice. So if you wish to buy something don't bother calling them in the Philippines as it is useless, unless your bored and just want to chat to a young gal with a nice voice who would be better off serving me a cocktail in a lounge. Happy New Yr."
