I can't comment on the product - after a week, it's still "processing."

Worst customer service in the industry.

"Palmetto State Armory had sent me an email saying that my dealers FFL license number had expired and they wanted a new updated license number to complete the online sale. I called my dealer and he said he would call them and update his number. My dealer is a retired law enforcement officer so I have no reason to doubt what he says. I had already waited a month to get this information about my purchase. Due to the limited amount of hours to inquire about my purchase I was forced to call during my 1/2 hour lunch break because they limit their customer service line to typical day time working hours. When I called I was greeted by the rudest most insulting CS lady I have ever spoken to. I explained the situation and told I spoke to my dealer her my he had updated his FFL number with their company. She insisted that the number was still outdated (expired) but it was not. I said no he just told me the day before that he had indeed updated it. She insisted he had not. Each time I said he had he had she would cut me off by talking over me insisting he had not. This happened 3 times. Finally I threw my hands in the air and said, "Okay then, just cancel the damn order!". She was more than happy to cancel it because that was an easy out for her but until I see my money refunded to my credit card account it is far from being over. I will never be insulted like that again by any customer service agent no matter how good a deal or how cheap it was. Furthermore, I will never do business with PSA ever again."

Expired Federal rebate

"Bought a bunch of ammo on cyber monday. Had a total of $120 that I was able to receive for the rebate. By the time I received my ammo I had less than 48 hours until rebate expired. By the time I was able to do the rebate process it was already expired. Contacted PSA and they nicely said I was SOL and it wasn't their problem. Pretty disappointed."

A christmas gift that hasn't come.

"I purchased a pistol for my wife on December 15th. It had a rebate good till the end of the year. On the 27th I called to check the status of the order. I got hung up on. I called back, waited 25 min on hold. Finally got someone who said my gun shop wasn't on their list and they couldn't ship it. They never contacted me having my email address,phone number, etc. Regardless, they assured me that the order was shipping. Got an email with a tracking number. It's now Jan 3 and to this day the tracking number says that they made a label but never shipped the pistol because UPS has no record of it. So I get no rebate. I called again today, chose online order option and it's a recording saying they are processing orders for Dec 26th, waited on hold for another 35 minutes, only to have some lady give me a horrible attitude and who said she would push it thru and was a total bi#$h.Stay away from palmetto state armory. A gun shop near my work said that they sell guns they don't have and lie and give excuses to their customers. I'll never buy from them again!"

Worst experience ever

"I ordered a gun from them dec .10 finally got to there ffl dealer December 25 he tells me to come pickup the next day not there doesn’t answer phone for a week. Called palmetto state armory for some help most rude customer service I have ever experienced hung up on me now I had to turn over to the credit card company for a charge back. They don’t care about the customer once they get your money pos is what they are... "

Poor overall

"I understand it is the holiday season.... But their hours of operation are horrid, the length of turnaround time in 2019 is akin to dating a virgin.....Maybe someday? Go ahead and spend money for a "when we get around to you, but can't answer the phone any quicker because we only operate 9/24 hours a day. " I personally think they operate on snail mail. order number is suppressed for my privacy... :D

The only saving grace is the price.....but that is going to be overlooked.

Worse than bad

"They do not follow through with their word. I received 2 gift cards for Christmas. I was told by customer service the day after Christmas and by the Columbia SC store the following day it would be taken care of. FAT CHANCE. I went to the Columbia SC store today to resolve the issue. Whe I arrived home and tried to order the website did not recognize my email. I have had this problem with PSA in the past. I have spent a considerable amount of cash with PSA. The gift cards are the usual go to for my family. If I didn't have money **** and could not get a refund I would end the relationship now. By the way I called te store according to the hours on the website and no one answered. I know that this seems a little long winded, but after I redeem my Christmas gift cards I wash my hands with PSA."

Poor shipping ,poor customer service!

"Ordered several parts from PSA . Most arrived very fast .However the lower receiver I purchased was never sent even after two weeks . I called costumer service several times, was put on hold each time well over 45 minutes ! When I finally got through they couldn't tell me why it wasn't shipped or when it would be shipped. I told them I was returning everything I already have and to cancel reciever . They canceled reciever at 10 pm on a Saturday and will not tell me return policy ."

FIRST AND LAST

"I ordered a part on a Saturday I didn’t expect any movement on shipping Saturday or Sunday yet I didn’t get an update that my package was even dropped off to UPS until Wednesday night Wednesday night it sat waiting to be dropped off to UPS all Palmetto State did was create a label they didn’t call for a pick up nor did they drop off my package so finally this morning Thursday six days later I get an update that states my package will be to me by the 19th of this month meaning it would’ve taken 12 days to get to me what is the reasoning for the charge on shipping?
They state they use UPS ground service are used to work at UPS 13 years ground service is 3 to 5 days anywhere in the continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii so why am I paying for shipping that’s taking twice as long as the service that they are claiming they’re using not to mention I called several days before placing the order and asked if I were to place the order when I would receive it and how long it would take her negative reviews on the Internet regarding palmetto State Armory the individual that I spoke with after waiting almost 45 minutes on the phone told me that it would be no more than five days to me so obviously I’m irritated so I asked to speak to a supervisor through email because when I call I’m put on hold immediately and each time I’ve called each time being three times to this point I’ve been on hold for longer than 20 minutes each time I have asked for a supervisor through email and those requests are ignored literally I’m mocked there is zero effort for good customer service from this company I am going to look in personally and all of you should also that had a negative experience that is paid for shipping and is not getting their package within the promised timeframe of the service to use on their website it states some packages might not go out for 3 to 5 days we use UPS ground service well they’re lying and that’s against the law for them to state that UPS service is any more than five days what they’re trying to do is sit on the order for as long as it takes them to catch up because they’re either lazy Or their turnover is so high they can barely keep up with orders something is fishy with this company especially if they are excepting money for shipment and it takes longer than free United States Postal Service sor their turnover is so high they can barely keep up with Orders something is fishy with this company especially if they are excepting money for shipment and it takes longer than free United States Postal Service service shipping. Satisfied. Great prices on magazines.

"Palmetto State Armory has great prices on magazines. I purchased a total of three magazines and, although there was an issue during ordering (I ordered the wrong magazine for my pistol by mistake) I am now satisfied. Nick from customer service stepped up and solved the issue.
This company has good prices on magazines as well as their own line of firearms as well as some excellent sales on M&P products.
Give them a look.

Terrible Order Tracking

"This makes the 4th firearm purchase from PSA (guess I like misery) Each time it has taken several weeks to ship. The web says contact "customer service" if your order takes longer than 7-10 days and they will investigate. Yeah right. Each time I get a response stating the store will call when your order arrives. I think in 2019 it is an understandable expectation to have tracking information, honest stock level information and estimated delivery dates. Give the consumer the information so we can decide. But no. Charge your card immediately and maybe get your firearm weeks or a month later. Then you have to deal with the rude staff at the desk. Guess they think their cool since they can carry a firearm. I as the customer should not have to repeatedly ask for help (why do you think I'm standing here), feel like I'm bothering you when trying to pick up my purchase or wait an hour because you have done nothing to prepare for delivery. "

Awful service,customer service a joke !

"Purchased a rifle and they knew nothing about it and told me to call manufacturer for any questions.

Horrible waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to answer the phone to bl;ow me off. Spent $1230 that I should of gave another worthwhile company.
