Worst Customer Service Ever!

"I ordered a case x200 shotgun shells from Palmetto State Armory on 12/3/2021. Within about a week I received a package with only x20 rounds. I immediately wrote an email to support which received no response. I attempted to call several times, sitting on hold for 45 minutes+ each time. When I finally did get through to someone I was told I needed to send a picture of the ammo I received and they would get back to me the next day, which I did, but I never received any further response from Palmetto. I called again on 12/17/21 and waited for another 40 minutes+ only to be told they could not send me the remainder of my ammunition order and that they would issue a refund for the 180 shells I did not receive. I wanted the ammo, but was refused. I held my temper with the peon on the phone as she was only doing her job, but I was understandably livid. Both agents I spoke to were basically useless drones doing the companies dirty work and they were not helpful at all. This has by far been my worst experience with any customer service ever! I expected better from an American company. I was originally referred to Palmetto by a friend of mine because I was hoping to buy a rifle in the next couple months, but after this, I will never purchase anything buy from Palmetto State Armory again. Regardless of their product, Palmetto is a garbage company with terrible customer service and I will be filing a charge-back with my credit card company for the 20 shells I received if I don't get a full refund. "

Ordered a shot gun and received a left handed model

"I found a shotgun on PSA that I really wanted, described as “ BLACK ACES TACTICAL PRO SERIES BULLPUP SEMI AUTOMATIC 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN | DISTRESSED BRONZE” I noted that the picture showed a right hand model. And noted nowhere else did it mention right or left handed. It arrived as a left handed gun, not as pictures. I sat on hold for over an hour before I reached a rep. Who then told me I should have known it was a left hand model, and that the picture of the gun you ordered is just an example and not a guarantee of what you actually receive. I couldn’t believe this. The rep did accept my return but added that I would not be reimbursed for shipping. All I wanted was what was advertised, which is did not receive "

Don't like them

"I ordered some .22lr ammo. Two weeks later it has not been shipped! I cannot get the order status as their site will not give it! Getting ahold of a person is very hard, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now!"

NEVER Buy from PSA!!!

"In the past I had purchased several items from them and rarely had a problem. In the couple of cases I did, they responded a resolved the problem. Things have changed a lot over the years where their prices have gone up significantly and it's impossible to contact them or get a response. Several emails are simply ignored to the point I thought perhaps they never received them. I later found out after several phone calls holding for over an hour that they got all my emails - just never responded. The representative I had was rude and kept pretending he couldn't hear me so he could hang up when I didn't accept their "solution" to their problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they refused and instead indicated they were messaging with a supervisor. They finally hung up on me. I recorded the call because I was in disbelief how they would treat people. This is the worst company and I will never buy anything from them again.

I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and will hope they will intercede on my behalf.

Terrible company

"Be weary about purchasing from PSA, I ordered a beautiful railed upper and was shipped an ugly M4 style upper by mistake. I totally understand mistakes happen, but the way they handle it is totally unprofessional. they gave me a ups GROUND shipping label. I was half tempted to send it Next Day Air C.O.D. then they finally receive the upper and now its going to be 7-10 business days before the proper upper is even sent. I don't believe Ill ever do business with them again after this. My first experience with them and they mess up this bad."

Customer Satisfaction is their thing

"Ordered a drop-in AR trigger, got an AR handguard, really, no joke. Then to add insult to injury, rather than just ship the correct item ASAP. I was told by customer service that I have to first ship the wrong item, so then they'll ship the correct item after they receive the incorrectly shipped item. That is like ordering something and withholding payment at my leisure until the item arrives. So I Have to wait for them to receive what they sent me, to then wait again for them to ship my item. "

Finally Got My Money Back

"Bought an AR15 from them mainly because of their lifetime warranty and attractive price. My first trip to the range I experienced problems with jambing on the first magazine. Tried cleaning, etc. Called help line that had really long hold times. Sent weapon back for repair. Checked on it several times. They say they shipped it to the wrong address and had to wait for it to come back. Finally got the weapon and had the same problem. Called customer service and finally got to a manager named Tamika. She recited their policies and gave me lots of excuses. Thankfully - AMEX helped me reverse the charge to get their attention. I sent the product back. Glad to be rid of the PSA AR-15 and their terrible customer service group. Before you buy anything from the call their customer service line and see how long the hold time is to speak to a customer service person. STAY CLEAR!"

No communications and no ability to talk to anyone, no voicemails allowed

"I have had good experiences with PSA in the past but this last order has me completely ticked off. I placed an order for 200 rounds of PNC 5.56 62 grain ammunition and 10 Magpul Gen 2 magazines that they were running on special for $219.99. About five days after placing the order I receive an email from Alexandria in their customer service department requesting copies of my Illinois FOID card and my drivers license. I have placed other ammunition order with them in the past few years and nothing changed with the expiration of my FOID card so I was wondering what happened but I responded WITHIN HOURS with the requested information. Today I thought to login into my PSA account and check on my order and low and behold it was CANCELED. This was done without a second attempt to contact me even though I verified that my reply emails were sent. The fact that nobody is answering the phone at PSA even though we are basically back to normal, even ammunition is coming back and at “normal” prices, they still refuse to answer the phone OR even allow you to leave a message. I have sent them emails stating that if they do not respond I will no longer do business with them AND I will make sure to tell everyone I can on all the different Internet forums and groups that I am a member of, which is a lot due to the all the various types of shooting I do, not to do business with them. LET’S SEE IF THEY REPLY………."

Upon receiving their documentation, the rep Alexandria asked the customer if they were willing to accept the address change to match their license information. "My order was cancelled due to a lack of being able to contact them! My local FFL dealer tried numerous times and so did I! My credit card has not been refunded yet and when it is, it better not have restocking fees charged or there will be a fight. Do not buy from this company!!!!"

“The customer was emailed by our firearm's warehouse after their order was placed, stating we did not have their FFL on file for their order. We did not receive a response to this email after thirty days from the point of purchase, so the customer's order was closed. We received no email correspondence from this customer through the customer service inbox until the order was closed. We have no emails in either inbox referencing this customer's order number, save the email sent from our firearm's warehouse, and the email sent by the customer after the order was closed.

The customer was refunded in full for their purchase, and they were not charged a restocking fee.”

Not NJ knowledgeable

"I purchased a Black Aces Pump Shotgun from Palmetto and they sent me a “compliance” email. The email stated, “Our company policy prohibits us from shipping semi-automatic shotguns with any of the following: magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock, or a pistol grip to the state of New Jersey.” So I call them to let them know I ordered a PUMP shotgun not a SEMI-AUTOMATIC shotgun. They did not care and cancelled my order, even though the manufacturer of the gun specifically states that the gun is NJ legal. So I was purchased the same gun from another retailer who is better informed than Palmetto State Armory."

PSA doesnt care

"Let me say I've spent about 3k with this company and that means jack **** to them. Their customer service is absolute crap. I sent multiple emails to them on issues I was having with zero I mean zero responses. When I went to make a recent purchase site wasnt working. After being on hold for a better part of a half hour I was told to try a bunch of things non of which where fixes on thier end. After that didnt work called next day and another half hour hold later was finally told the truth they had blocked me from doing business with them because my email was mean yes one of the many emails they never bothered to respond too NO their solution was to just block me. I'm a veteran and ex law enforcement officer so to be clear they dont support either and will treat you like **** and if you voice your disappointment with them they wont fix it they will just block you and not have the decency or balls to tell you. Use Aero Precision worth the little extra for better quality and actual customer service."

NO HELP

"I just purchased a 20 gauge semi-auto shotgun from these people and it will not cycle 2 and 3/4 inch shells. I called in advance of purchasing this to make sure that it would cycle these shells and was told quote no problem. It will not cycle these shells and they are of absolutely no help or offered any sort of help to try to fix this problem. I would not do business with these people in the future because they have no idea what they are talking about and they cannot service or even make suggestions on problems for the products that they sell."
