They instantly charged my CC and the order never moved beyond "preparing order"
I sent them a dozen emails and eventually had to cancel/replace my credit card when a second charge appeared.
My CC company rebated the sales but this company is obviously a scammer. avoid."

"I ordered 02/28/2010. I received shipment confirmation 03/10/2010 (10 days later). I received it 03/24/10. They said it may take up to 15 business days so I got it in 10. I got what I paid for. It did take a while though. The reality is the don't have any inventory. They're RESELLERS of stuff that CAN'T be sold in the USA. and time = money. so if you want it cheap, it takes a while to go from hong kong to canada to USA. As far as other CC charges I didn't have any. It took a month to get it. I know that's not as instantly gratifying for most. They're gray market products, not a best buy special. "Just thought I would review this store and say that the products work great and the service was top notch. ordered a wiikey 2 chip on the 26th of March 2010 and they were received on April 9th. The wiikey 2 chip works like a charm, and I am playing my Japanese games on my wii without any issues. Will be looking to get a ps2 mod chip from here sometime in the near future and have told some friends and family about the shop as well. I was especially pleased with the after sales support (something that seems to be rarer and rarer these days) and was helped and walked through installation as well as shipping updates every step of the way.
Good shop, fair prices, even if some prices are a bit higher, I'd rather pay a few dollars more knowing there's someone on the other end helping me when I have questions."

"If you have ordered from this site I have bad news for you...you just gave your credit card numbers to a team of credit card thieves. Let's see if this sounds about right, first they will take about a week to "process" your card, then a few days later you will start to get strange charges on your card. A tiny charge first just to see if it works...mine was "N.Y. Times" newspaper for $1.62. Then they go shopping, all online of course. You need the 3 digit code off the back of the card to shop online so it doesn't take long to figure out who's doing it. A call to "Quad-Tech LTD" their fake front company in Canada gets you a recorded message at the end of which you get kicked to a voicemail box that is full...of messages from all the other ticked off people that they have ripped off. No email responses either. They have been in business since at least 2005, no doubt because they are untouchable by american or any other law being based in Hong Kong or Canada or wherever the heck they really are. Then in sort of a "kiss you after they punch you" routine they send you an email six weeks later telling you they have shipped your item. And that's if you are one of the luckier folks. Some people never get anything. Wow. Listen to me, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD NOW. Get a new one shipped to you. Granted it will put you out for a few days but it's better than trying to clean up the havoc these thieves will cause if you don't. At best this is a horribly slow company with a thief among them. At worst the whole thing is just to get your credit card numbers. And if you are reading this they most likely already have them. "

"I wish I had read all the negative reviews BEFORE placing an order. On Oct. 26 I ordered a PS2 Slim flip-top and Magic Swap combo, along with the Breaker Pro disc, and it's been two months since then and I've received nothing. At first customer service was answering my emails, and I was told I was charged for the flip-top/Magic Swap combo only, since the other item was out of stock. I waited about two weeks and I got no shipment confirmation, and so emailed them, and was told it would be sent within 10-12 business days. I waited 16 business days until I emailed them again on Nov. 19. I never got a response to that email, and it's now Christmas Day. I sent another email just now, so we'll see what happens...but for now, they have my money, they're not saying anything to me, and I have no products in my hands. This site is run by a bunch of crooks.
Update: On February 9th, 2009 I got an email notifying me that my order had finally shipped, sans the Breaker Pro disc which is apparently still out of stock. A week or two later, the package arrives (although it had to be signed for and I was not available, so I didn't get the package from the post office till a week later, but that's a different story).
I'm still very dissatisfied with the company and my order, and they never did reply to any of my emails after all of my inquiries, nor was I offered any sort of apology, but at least I finally have my PS2 slimline flip-top with Swap Magic discs, four months after I placed my order. (And a nifty little, potentially damaging trick allows me to play regular PS1 imports without the use of Breaker Pro, so that's nice.)"

It took a bit longer than I expected because I didnt realize it shipped from Canada. Probably sat in customs for an entire week on some over paid slobs desk. other than that they were very promt in responding to my email. Would do business with again but would have more patience in delivery time. Good prices as well."
