"Not sure what to do here.....I placed an order with PS2Cover on the 3rd of March 2008... they have never taken the money from my card, nor have there been any fraudy withdrawls, nor have I rec'd my product!!!
I have sent 10+ emails so far and have gotten no response. Does anyone know if they are even still in business?? I was referred to an email address ****@**** when I pretended to pay using paypal. I sent an email there just now and will wait to see what happens. Anyone out there have a similar experience? Recently?

"I'm having the same experience as everyone else. I ordered the flip-top cover and SM 3.6, they immediately sent me a receipt but never charged my card. I've contacted them three times to find out what the hold up is, but they never respond. Today I read these reviews and wish that I had read them before placing my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I just had a very similar experience with modchipstore.com and I've been wary of buying these things online - they never charged my card or sent anything either over two months! Today I called my bank and cancelled my card just to be safe. ARRGGHHHH. Does anyone know of a legit place to buy these?"
"I ordered from this company have not been sent any confirmation on my order. I've sent emails in which they state they will respond within 12-24 hours. That was 24hours ago, very bad service and now Im worried about my credit card. I wish they would at least respond to my emails."

I placed this order the 19th of November... My credit card was charged the 25th of that month... It is now December 17th- ALMOST A MONTH TO THE DATE- and I have still not received my order. But that's not even the icing on the cake... After reading some of the other comments on this site I decided to check my billing statements for any strange transactions... And sure enough they used my credit card to make a fraudulent charge just TWO DAYS after the transaction went through to my bank...
THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! CHECK YOUR BILLING STATEMENTS FOR ERRONEOUS CHARGES!! And if you haven't received your purchase in the two weeks that they promised you (which I'm guessing if you're reading this you haven't) DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR BANK AND CONTACT THE BBB(like I did)!!!"

After not receiving my order I emailed them via their website to get an update. After multiple emails I got an email from "Steve" stating if my order didn't arrive in 5-21 business days contact him and he would resend my order. This was on 9/11/07. My story is pretty much the same as everyone elses. I ordered Swap Magic 3.6 & Slide Card Disc Set, USA Version: 1 on September 23, 2006 and received a confirmation email right away. They charged my credit card almost right away (on 9-27-06). I ordered the standard shipping which their website indicates should take 5-15 days to deliver. When it went past 15 days I went to their website and went to contact ps2cover.com section. I inquired about my order and their website indicates someone will contact you within 12-24 hours. I received no response. I did this 4 or 5 more times and got no response. I contacted my bank and will be able to get my money back through them. They will investigate ps2cover.com.
Then I decided to google ps2cover.com to see if I could get more information so that I could report them to the proper authorities myself and I came up with an actual email address on some other website not related to ps2cover to contact (****@****). I emailed that account directly and actually received an email back. See below for the text:

Server problems? That's a laugh. They can't respond to you but they can send a confirmation letter and charge your credit card? This place is a scam. If you are thinking of buying from ps2cover.com I would change your mind and find a different place to order from. They will charge your credit card, not deliver your goods, and then make lame excuses why they can't fulfill your order or respond to you.
I hope this has helped steer a lot of people away from ps2cover.com. From the sounds of it they have been up to scamming people for a long time now.
