"Total scam of a site. Placed an order in March. The only thing they were prompt about was to charge my credit card.

Tried numerous times to get in touch with them, to no avail.

Finally after trying for two months I finally gave up and sent my credit card company after them.

Buyer beware!

"It has been over two months since I placed an order for a playstation 2 flip top cover and swap magic disc set . As of 3/9/05 I have not received the merchandise or a credit which I requested . They have sent numerous replies to my e - mails stating we hope to ship soon and we will notify you by e - mail when a credit is issued . Stay away from this merchant ."

"This place is total BS! I got a call 2 weeks after my order from some lady claiming to verify billing and shipping info with me telling me my order is now being processes. Until now and a dozen of emails to their "Tracking" address, i still have yet to hear an answer. I am going through my credit card company to reverse the charge and I hope none of you help support this company ANY LONGER. Service is NOT a word they should use."

"I ordered a flip top lid for my playstation through this website. I got the same runaround that everyone else got and a story about a defective shipment. I think it is very strange that different product lines are having the same issues. If this is true then they really need to reconsider who they are using as vendors. I have waited over two months now with no notification of my order being shipped. I would not recommend them to anyone!!"

in 2 weeks tops...

its been nearly 2 whole months,
still no word on my order...

i just got my hd loader in the mail today.
wow... i just sent them a letter again about
2 weeks ago. so after about.................
3 whole months and 8 days i finally got it.

this place is very very slow.
at least my the cd works.
since i already got mines from divineo.
i gonna give this one away..

"I made a purchase through them on Dec. 15th. They took out the funds on the 16th. They CLAIM to have sent my cd's on the 24th. It is now Feb 3rd and my package still has not arived. They take a week to reply to email's, even though they state on their website that they are answered daily. I am truely sick of dealing with them. They just gave me the excuse that packages are late do to the hollidays. That was over a MONTH ago! Do not shop through them the are the worst retailer I have ever delt with. I am makeing my purchase somewhere else and calling my bank to see if I can get my money back somehow because I doubt they are going to assist me. "

"I placed an order Jan5, 2005 for HD Loader. They billed my credit card Jan 6, 2005. On Jan 27, I emailed them asking them if they had shipped yet. They replied :

" i have checked with the shipping department and they have informed me the latest shipment of hd advance were defective and had to be returned - we are currently waiting the arrival of the replacements - you will be emailed just as soon as your order has shipped - thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience the delay may have caused."

I sent them another email Feb 1 telling them to credit my charge card until they ship the item. No response to that email. Guess they don't like having to credit back for something they should have never charged in the first place.

It is now Feb 3, 2005. Still no email on if they have shipped it or not. My charge card still remains charged. I'll now have to call my credit card and inform them of a mischarge against my card and go thru the headache of that.

In other words, don't deal with this company at all. I'd feel safer dealing with a street vendor in downtown New York.

"I placed my order for a fliptop cover and the swap magic disks on December 6th, they charged my card on the 9th.
I don't hear anything from them so I had to email them, so i get this back on the 13th--
"your order has been forwarded to our shipping department but i do not have any shipping details as yet - you will be emailed just as soon as your order has shipped - thank you"

So, I had to wait till they shipped it, ON THE 24th!! No tracking number either!

That is horrible, 18 days just to ship it?
11 days to "process" it?

Never deal with this place!
