"Just placed order with this vendor. I called their number trying to order by phone so I could see what they were like. A human actually answered the phone! Polite, eloquent and knowledgeable. I asked about shipping. He said that if I ordered today, it would definitely ship out today if the items were in stock. He checked the items I wanted, (2) WD Raptor 36GB SATA drives, were in stock - they were. I placed order online because he said that was the only way to place order with their company. This seems ok with me as long as you get to speak with someone BEFORE you buy and not AFTER trying to get things straigtened out. Price was good and we'll see about shipping. Claimed to be free FEDEX supersaver, (whatever) but on check out I saw a charge for $2.60 fr FEDEX signature. Don't know what that is but if it really comes when they say it will, $2.60 is nothing for shipping. He also confirmed that even though the drives were OEM, there was still a 5 year warranty through WD. We shall see but so far things look good."

On confirming purchase screen showed "FEDEX GROUND $5 SINGLE ITEM HANDLING FEE $5.00" and underneath that it said, "You are only one itme away from Free Shipping." I figured it was a rip, but for $5 it was worth while to find out what kind of company this is. I OKed the purchase, and sure enough, there was this $5 FEDEX SINGLE ITEM HANDLING charge on my bill. That $5 cost them any future business from me.
The Sales Manager for PC Supply called me and, although we had different understandings of what the handling charge involved, he removed the $5.00 charge. The speakers that I ordered arrived the next day. I truely could not have asked for more in service, courteousness, and PC Supply's wish to have a satisfied customer. Given this experience with them I certainly would order from them again."
