"I ordered two things from PC Supply Source. A MSI KM2M motherboard and a NEC 1512 15" LCD monitor. The prices were much lower then NewEgg.com which is where I buy most of my pc parts. The saving was over $60 buying from this store.
However. The day after I placed my order I got a phone call (at 7 in the morning) and the guy on the phone explained that the monitor I ordered was out of stock. I was offered an alternative monitor, a Samsung brand which costs just under $10 more and had a built in speaker (which I didn't really care for). I was going to just cancel the order but the salesguy was willing to match the price and give me $10 off on top of that.
The salesman was very friendly and sounded very honest. He was not pushing a sale on me. It was more of a, Sorry were out of stock would you like this or this monitor instead. He gave me a few choices. He stayed on the phone with me while I browsed PC Supply Store's website and checking prices on PriceGrabber. I did end up getting a better deal. The NEC monitor's responce time was 30 and the Samsung was 25. So I went ahead and got the Samsung and waited for in to get to my house. Shipping was done through FedEx.
After I got, seen, and tested the monitor out. I became very satified. I'm very happy with my purcahse overall.
What I did not like is the fact while the guy was on the phone with me saying the item was out of stock. The website still showed it as instock. So obviouslly the site isn't up to date. I have to take away a few points for that.
Would I buy from again? If they have the item I want and are the lowest price. Then sure. But next time I'll cancel my order if they don't have it in stock.

"I found out about this Online Store through OC Forums I wanted a special processor (P4 3.0C 800fsb SL6WU Malay pack date around 3/1/04-3/4/04 and guess what when i called them i talked with Tom Wu and this guy was so cool he checked the box gave me all the details(batch#,Date,eveything) and more. He shipped it over night on 3/8 and fedex says it will be delivered 3\9.
