Never got my order or a refund.

"I ordered a GPU months ago, was my delivery date and paid for express shipping. Every fortnight my order was delayed another fortnight. I'd only be advise on the Friday as they closed, meaning I could never respond or expect a response until the Monday. After months of waiting I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told expect it within 3 business days. It's been weeks and still no refund.

I cannot express how horrible the service with this company is. I was told by a friend not go with PC Case Gear because their order never came and they had to cancel it. I wish I had listened.

I'd rate lower than 1 star if possible.
Disgusting.

Slow to despatch and no customer service

"Read the other reviews. I had exactly the same experience, pay for expensive delivery and then they do not despatch for a long time.

No customer service, they will not respond

Terrible customer support

"Bought a new graphics card and other items, order is still in processing after a week despite promise of 1-2 business days. Sent 3 emails asking for delay reason - no response to any of them.

Tried ringing the phone support line - even during business hours, it automatically went to "out of business hours" automated reply.

Have been buying from this company for the last 10 years - this will be my last purchase (IF it ever gets out of "processing").

Faulty Gigabyte z690 Aorus Motherboard Warranty declined

"I bought a Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Master motherboard to build my new PC. Right out of the box, it won't detect graphic card, I had to install Windows system by plugging into integreted graphics. Than I tried flash BIOS, removed CIMOS battery to reset the motherboard factory setting. Nothing works. It's not sending video signal to the monitor when plug into the graphic card. My graphic card works on my old PC so it's not the GPU problem. So it took a week to send the motherboard back to PCcasegear. Then they give me some bull*** reason of bending CPU socket pins which void the warranty, that I'm not entilte for replacement or refund. And they have to send the board back to the manufactor for 6 weeks to repair it. What? There's nothing wrong with the CPU connections, I successfully installed windows by using the integretted graphics of the CPU. What the***? They used a separate issue they claims to deflect a major defect of the motherboard. How convenient. I learned my lessons, hope you guys learn yours. Scorptec may be slow in terms of dispatching orders, but their services are much better."

Faulty graphics card

"Bought a $1200 graphics card from which was faulty on purchased I sent it away for RMA they returned it back to me cause it was deemed "functional" 6mnths later the graphics card had issues to a point I took it in to a 3rd party technician for a diagnostics test they claim that is is faulty so I sent it back to pc case gear for a further analysis only to find the card was functional to their standards so I asked them to send it to gigabyte for a further analysis they didn't even ask me for my money back they proceeded it to get repaired and shipped back to me! How do I trust or know it's been repaired how do I know I've been scammed $1200 I will never buy from this company again and I wish people see this for how they treat their fellow customers "

Don't believe their stock or delivery and when they're late it apparently isn't their problem

"Ordered parts for a new PC and still waiting on the case months later.
Delayed three times so far, a few hours after they processed payment it went from "in stock" to a month away, last day of the month and then another month delay and now two days before the end of the month and it's another fortnight away.... at least until it's delayed again.
Most frustrating is they take zero responsibility for their stock and suppliers - so I've got parts I can't use for three months and counting and they offer to cancel the outstanding item with $2 refund of the $30 delivery fee.

Don’t Buy from Here

"Horrible horrible horrible,
Don’t buy from here ever their items that are “in stock” aren’t in stock and paying for express shipping doesn’t mean they will even try to get your order delivered in a reasonable time frame. Extremely unreliable and ultimately pathetic. Lack of communication and overly expensive. Still haven’t received my $2000 worth of items would never shop here ever again.

Horrible service

"Ordered and paid for an item on 02/04/2020, received a tracking number by 04/04/2020 and then nothing. They didn't dispatch the item for two weeks. I've contacted them after a week to inquire where the item was and why its not moving and they blamed the postal service (according to them the item was shipped). Contacted the postal services who launched their own investigation. Item was finally dispatched and scanned at the facility on 19/04/2020. Item was delivered on 21/04/2020. Clearly, the post office was working fast and delivered within the specified times. Be careful when you use this company, they would rather blame everyone else than tell you the truth."

Terrible abysmal service, Delays and blatant lies. AVOID

"The order took over a month, even the revised came and went. Still not delivered, wrong tracking number etc which was given to me before it was "picked up by the courier. Used COVID 19 as an excuse when similar and contemporaneous placed orders were delivered in a matter of days Use Scorptec / UMart or another reliable supplier over this excuse. Won't shop with them again"

Thieves! Stole my store credit & disabled my account!

"I requested a refund of my store credit on Friday (of $58 odd). I received no response, so I tried to check in today (Monday) and my account is disabled.
So dodgy!!! They basically stole from me! I'm a single Mum and I honestly needed my money for food. I feel like crying!
Please avoid these people. They have some bad karma headed their way, that's for sure.

"Website is great, however prey you do not receive anything faulty from them as their aftersales support is dreadful. They are literally sending my faulty powersupply back to me, Refusing to issue a return as there is tape on the box it came in.. I mean really??
So now im $170 down, and nothing to show for it but a faulty powersupply...
