"Will not use PCcase Gear again It took over 4 weeks to get delivery of a video card which didn't work.
The first time I ordered the card, they took two weeks to tell me the video card had been discontinued. Another five days to get a refund.
After receiving the second card it cost me $30 at the local computer shop to install the card only to find out that it was faulty. PCcase gear refused to refund this cost. I had to return the card at my expense.
I'm still waiting for the refund."
"Brilliant. Fast service and helpful staff. I had a 120mm fan that was DOA. I had asked to have the replacement fan be a different brand instead. No problem for them. There's nothing like receiving an interstate phone call so they could check which fan I wanted (I wonder how the cost of the phone call compares to the profit on a single fan? They were high end fans). The phone call was a bit of a stuff up as I told them which replacement I wanted in an earlier email anyway, but they realised this before I said anything. I think it's a good thing - the phone call positively reflects the ethos of the company."
