I tried for over a month to try and return the item as per their defective item return/exchange policy and was unable to do so. I was told that their distributor had denied the return. I asked if they could simply exchange the item for a functional one but was directed to the manufacturer to go to through the warranty repair/exchange process. The purchase process at pc-canada.com is simple and the shipping is fast, but the return and exchange policies are confusing and unfair. I will not be doing business with pc-canada.com again."
