I had enough courage to buy from here due to its site appeal, and terms and conditions. Ordered my first time, which was on back ordered and was expecting for a few months to arrive. But with a week or so, it was shipped to me within a few business days. Item works just as it should no issues so far. You better be 100% sure you're ordering the correct part, because once you open the shipping box, not even the item box, you're stuck with it. It doesn't help that the description of the items on the website is scant."

The motherboard was not well packaged (very tightly packed directly in the diagonal of a box without protection on the sides) and I was a bit afraid it might have suffered in the transport but everything was good. Even once I bought the wrong PCIe card and I had no troubles at all getting an RMA and full refund for my own mistake. Overall, I had no troubles at all with all my orders."

I went online and found that PC-Canada has some of the best prices in my area. had stock of the Synology DS418 that I wanted. Having purchased a NUC from them before I placed the order. PC-Canada is closed on weekends, but first thing on Monday morning I got a confirmation that the part was being processed and it was shipped out lust after lunch. I got the package the following day.
