"The web site wasn't that easy to navigate. I finally received my merchandise on 9/16/03. I had received a message from the company that my item was not available, asking me if I wanted to change. I asked them a question in return via email, and they never replied. The next thing I saw was an email telling me the item I originally ordered was ready to ship. I called at the company's posted available for business times, & finally got thru several hours after their supposed opening time. The person I spoke to had a problem understanding & speaking English, but assured me my order was shipping. UPS had a several day delay (my order sat in IL from 9/12 AM thru at least 9/16 AM). The item we received was correct & in good shape. The value was good, but the stress involved was another story."

series of "Optional" services to get the price I expected from PriceWatch. Waited three days and then came the phone offering to sell me the "Retail"
box version of the motherboard, since the OEM version was not currently available. Bait and Switch, watch out for this and *ALL* of the MicroX companies. (BzBoyz, tufshop, partspc, and others)"
"Prices are the best I was able to find on the web, albeit the ordering form will tack on a lot of extra charges if you're not careful to "uncheck" them. I'm not criticizing them for offering the extras, just the manner in which they're offered.
Order was recieved on date promised, with an abundance of supporting e-mails to let me know status (inclusive of UPS tracking info without having to ask for it).
Order was received with wrong component - I emailed the company thru the contact facility on their website and am currently waiting on their reply. If their order discrepancy service is as good as their order fulfillment, then I'm dealing with a first rate-company. We'll see how they respond within the next few days. "
