"4/5 Star rating. I ordered this refurbished computer for my disabled brother and it was ordered, shipped and delivered without any hassles. The only problem is the wrong power cord was sent with the computer so he is still unable to plug it in to see if it actually works. MAJOR BUMMER. But the bright side is that when he contacted the company they were super nice and said that the correct cord would ship immediately and they are extending his warranty for an extra month. This is excellent. Now to wait and see if the computer works when plugged in. =)"

"Excellent company to deal with. The Laptop an Lenovo Thinkpad T61 was in mint condition ( they call it class A ). I had it upgraded to Windows 7 Professional. They loaded all extra value software with it. , It was ready to go out of the box. I upgraded the Microsoft software through the Microsoft web site. The Laptop is a excellent value for the money. I have used IBM Thinkpads in the past.
