"Paid extra for engraving my sons name and a sticker was placed over the part where his name was engraved. When we tried to get it off some of the paint came off as well. Other than he loves it!"

"I paid for wrap terrible already sent it back because of poor quality. The wrap had a gap in it. The finish was chipped at both ends of wrap. I sent pics and have already returned. I don't know why u can't just fix another cue minus shaft and get mailed over night. The shaft and tip were fine. This was a gift but now I'm running out of time it was bought for a gift to be given on 9-11-21 but now looks like not going to make it. Very unhappy with this experience.

"Buyers beware, if you buy a cue from this store don’t request to have any custom work done, they’ll screw it up for sure. These guys are not highly skilled in custom work. I recently bought a Players C802 cue with a backup shaft and I asked for a shaft turndown from 13mm to 12.75mm each and they were cut unevenly. Also, I asked for 2 Tiger Dynamite tip replacements and one of them came with some black streaks as if the repair person went around the tip with a black sharpie marker. Because of all this, now my equipment is in the hands of a world renowned cue maker where I have to spend extra money for him to fix Ozone Billiards’s mistakes!"
