"Ordered a cue stick on April 24th. Received confirmation and the next day there was an update saying that is was awaiting fulfillment. Haven’t received any further updates. Shipping was supposed to take 7-10 days. I added a couple options that said it would probably add a few days to the time. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. I’ve tried to call customer service multiple times with no answer and sent an email with no answer. I don’t care if shipping takes longer than what was said but when there’s no updates and no one to talk to that’s an issue. At this point I feel like my money is just gone. I will never order from this site again. "

I had previously purchased a McDermott G Core shaft from ozone maybe 3 years ago and that was my main player until I got this Cuetec cynergy I got used to it rather quick but I hear that sometimes there is a learning curve "

"I placed my order Monday March 7th and paid for 2 day delivery. Tuesday the 15th they emailed me saying what I ordered was out of stock. They offered a different product that I didn't want so I asked to refund my money. Friday the 18th I received an email saying my order status was changed to refunded, but money was not refunded yet. Sunday the 20th I got an email from UPS saying my package would be delivered Monday. On Monday the 21st, the product I originally ordered showed up. WTF. Glad I got the product I wanted but the customer service was horrible. Extremely delayed responses and clearly don't know their inventory levels. I never did get refunded the 2 day delivery I paid for since it took 2 weeks to get my order. Will never order from Ozone Billiards again."
"Wonderful cue but it was labeled 20oz when I ordered a 19oz. I wrote in and they assisted me it was 19 and the other tag wasn’t removed? Over all still happy with it just confused why it would be labeled 20 lol oh well, I still love it "
