I ordered a Lucassi cue looking forward to the uni-loc joint but when I received the pool cue it had a threaded joint! It says on your website that EVERY Lucassi cue has the uni-loc joint connection, so I was a little disappointed to say the least! Other than that I have been happy with all other orders!"

"I placed the order for an 18 oz sneaky Pete cue. It arrived within a week and I am very pleased with it with only one major flaw. The cue I received actually weighs 22oz. I don’t want to return the item because I am overseas and the shipping time will take too long. But I am very confused as to how this error occurred all the paperwork says 18 oz. But this cue is heavier by far than any 18 or 20 oz I already own. "

The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that a fellow customer and I had a joint call and verified if we ordered 20.5 oz. cues we could change weight by 0.5 oz. We both ordered 20.5 oz cues and received 20 oz. cues. Note that neither of us have followed up with Ozone Billiards on this. We are both very happy with our purchases!"
