I ordered a rushed delivery and 2 days after my shipment was supposed to arrive, I find out that it wasn't even printed yet.
After several chat sessions, I found out that the order was actually printed already but still not shipped due to a technical problem.
And they refused to cancel the order and refund me, saying it's their policy and nothing could be done.
After getting a manager on the phone and ensuring me that the order was going out today and would arrive tomorrow, I get a tracking number showing a delivery date in 3 days.
It's been 4 days now and still no delivery.

Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt and fade away!"

"Overnight prints is anything but overnight. Honestly, you probably won't even get your prints within a month of placing your order. I submitted an order for postcards (for a specific event) on September 20th with a delivery date of September 29th. On October 1st, I reached out to the company to see what was going on because they still hadn't shipped and they said the cards hadn't even printed. I explained that I needed them for a specific nonprofit event on October 5th and asked if they could expedite the shipping and they said no. When I said I wanted to cancel the order (remember, the order hadn't even printed...and I was going to have to order some from somewhere more reliable), they said they wouldn't allow that. The event was on October 5th. Guess when the postcards arrived? October 17th. Almost 3 weeks late. If they hadn't even printed them at the time that I reached out, they should have been able to easily cancel the order. Also, I work for a nonprofit and this was for one of our awareness events. Obviously money is really tight for nonprofits right now, so it's frustrating that we wasted $55 on something that we just had to recycle immediately. Shame on Overnight Prints for lying about delivery dates and essentially scamming people and organizations out of money. If you don't do what you say you're going to do, you are scamming. I plan on sharing this review everywhere I can...too bad Overnight Prints doesn't allow reviews on their own website - probably to hide all the horrible customer experiences and their terrible customer service.

If we could give them negative stars, we would. Ordered on 9-8-21. They stated order would be in about 2 weeks! It's now 11-1-21 and the website still says in production. We asked for a refund and they will not saying it's in production. It's been that way for weeks!"

"WORST SERVICE EVER! Buyer Beware! I ordered business cards because I found an online sale, and they also promised that I would have the cards within a week. LIES! I dealt with the company for a little over a month and still never got satisfactory business cards. I would never recommend this printer to anyone; I have specifically gone out of my way to make sure that none of my family or friends will ever use them. After nearly two weeks of waiting for the order to move out of production, I reached out to find out what was happening. They apologized and said they would put a rush on my order... a week later, I received the first atrocity! Not even remotely centered. The cutting was off on nearly every edge and showed different colors than what was actually on the card (my card was orange, and the border was green)! I immediately got in touch with the printer and complained. They apologized and said they would reprint and ship asap. LIES! Two weeks later, I received another failed print job. Centering was even more off, and the colors weren’t even close to what my file was set up with. At this point, I demanded my money back! They told me that IF the refund was approved, it would take up to THREE WEEKS to send it through! I finally got my money back, but dealing with these people is a joke and a complete waste of time! Seriously, buyer beware!"

"DO NOT ORDER! SPAM! Do you know the order you receive is short in counts??
I've ordered from them for years but I never count. this time I counted my 500pc order of business cards, but only received 440. I don't know how many they were short in all previous orders, but this time I reported and request a solution for the more than 10% short production. Honestly it totally about $40 order, so I am talking about $4...it is not about the $4, it is about trust, and their service, problem solving.
They first ask me take a photo of the order and send to their service email. I did, then received nothing. I called, the lady ask me to send more photos. I did. She then said ok, we are going to have a meeting to discuss what to do. I asked how long before you can make a decision? She said it depends. I said so you mean it can be 10 years or 100 years or never? She said: I wish you have a great day and she hang up on me."

"On 9/24, 2021, we ordered business cards with a delivery date of 9/28/2021 for a conference. Since the cards were not delivered on 9/29, we inquired. Overnight print told us, due to production difficulties, the cards are still in production. When asked if we could cancel the order, we were told NO! As of 10/4, the order status was still "in production." At this point, we were forced to have the business cards printed by another vendor because we urgently needed them for a conference. And to pay for it at the other printing company. Finally, on 8.10. Overnight printing delivered our business cards - at this time, we did not need them anymore.

When we asked for a discount because Overnight printing did not deliver the business cards on the agreed date, we were told, Overnight print would only refund the difference in delivery cost.

The original delivery cost was $31.98. The refund will be $22.22!!!!.

In addition to the fact that they did not deliver in time, Overnight print is still charging $8.85 for delivery! Speechless!

No mention of any other compensation!
Instead, the information: "This is company policy."

"I've been a customer of OvernightPrints.com for several years, and since the past year, the service level has gone down.

They offer different upgraded shipping levels but don't honor it. They do take your money and provide an excuse that their production team has been a bit slow.

Their customer service "one" person show is terrible, and they offer no proper resolution and sound like a robot.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, don't give this company your business. There are plenty of printers that can print your item and ship quickly."

"Reading these reviews, it is obvious to me now that this company isn't even genuine. Every aspect of them is fake. No answer to chat window, no response to emails. weeks of waiting, no product. Tracking info says the package is being returned, never having reached me (I think the tracking site might be fake too). I cant remember the last time I was so angry with a company. Spent over 30 quid. Nothing to show for it. I'm going to check how I paid, as if it was by credit card I might be able to get a refund. Folks, have you EVER seen a company with ONE HUNDRED percent bad reviews? Scam. Has to be."

"Charged me $30 in shipping for a $50 order to arrive by a certain day. Day came and went and didn't receive the item. They lied about the item being shipped on a Tuesday, spoke to them on Wednesday and was told it was printed and would be shipping that day, Friday rolls around and I reach out again and I'm told it hasn't printed and hasn't shipped. I keep getting lied to. I've asked for refunds twice and they won't grant it. I spent $30 to receive an item on a certain day and a week or more will pass before I receive it. A dishonest business that I will never order from again. I'd recommend no one buys from them."

"I ordered custom folders in July. They show they been in production for over two months. I have called the company so many times and they tell me the same exact thing - that will be shipping and I still never received them. Don’t waste your time. There are other companies out there with better production turnaround times and customer service."

"Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company."

"The worst experience. Four business cards were supposed to be printed over a month ago, and the status is still "in production." What's worse: our rep called them, they promised overnight shipping. Nothing happened. We tried to chat over the chat feature, and after the rep said "please wait," she hung up on us. TWICE. We tried calling the VIP line - the agent, said "sorry, we can't deliver it overnight, and WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER ANG GIVE YOU A REFUND," after which she promptly.. hung up!!! I called again - asked to speak to a supervisor. The answer was "Supervisor is in a meeting" and hung up. Seriously this is a scam & fraud. STAY AWAY FROM OVERNIGHTPRINTS."

"I used to use these guys years ago and they were a low-cost leader, and I never had an issue - products were fine and turn-around time was great. However, I recently placed an order for 100 presentation folders (first order I placed in probably 4 years), and here we are 7 weeks later, and they are still giving me the run-around as to why my folders haven't printed yet, with lots of failed promises of ship dates. I just read recent reviews about them and every single one was 1-star. I'm a designer and mostly use trade printers, but Overnight Prints had a substantially lower price on their folders than even my trade printers. Now I'm regretting using them. They said they should print by the end of the month (2 weeks from now). IF they ship then, and IF the quality is ok, I will upgrade this review to 2 stars."

"The printing quality is absolutely atrocious. The information is not consistently centered across the cards, and most of them are very right justified and not centered. The registration of the color is blurry, and the saturation of the ink is horrible. All the text is fuzzy. As a design firm the quality of your product is absolutely worthless to me, and on top of all that, paid for rush delivery for Monday and they did not arrive till Wed. Too late for me to use them when I needed them."

"I ordered my wedding invitations from overnight prints. They were pretty simple post cards that we just wanted to throw in the mail. We purchased 100 and they arrived 2-3 days later. 50 of them came out beautifully and 50 were cut 1 cm shorter than the post card size, which in turn cut off a few of the words. When making the post card, they made it very clear where the boundaries are and I was careful to stay in these. I also paid in additional fee to have these personally checked before printing. It was not an error with the template, they literally just cut an extra cm off the card. I reached out to have these printed specifying it was a time sensitive manner. I didn’t hear back in 48 hours so called on the phone. I was on hold 46 minutes before speaking to someone. I sent in pictures and they agreed that it was their error and would reprint. I again indicated this was time sensitive and was told they would arrive by Wednesday. On weds i got a tracking email that had them arriving on Friday by 7 pm. This was already later than I had wished considering I was leaving for vacation the following morning at 5:30 am and wanted them done before leaving. They never came and in fact were delivered the following Tuesday. I think. I’m still on vacation so haven’t seen if they’re even if good quality this time. I called for a partial refund only wanting to pay for the first 50 that arrived without defect and they refused. They offered to refund me the shipping cost for the second set of invites which was $2.

This place isn’t worth it. Horrible software when trying to make the item in the first place. Horrible customer service. I also waited on hold 46 and 38 min respectively. And they do not provide quality work that they stand behind. Save yourself the headache "
