Specifically went with this company due to their expedited services and paid 3 times the price I would have paid for the print job with my usual company and in addition, paid expedited shipping only for it not to arrive for the event I needed. Rang them to at least get the expedited shipping fee refunded and they wouldn't even help me until I had received the package (which was obviously past the shipping time anyway). Wouldn't work with me in the slightest, nor would they allow me to speak with someone higher up in the company. I was not being unreasonable and asking for a refund on the print job (albeit I am annoyed at paying so much more for something than I needed to when it wasn't delivered for purpose), all I wanted was my shipping refunded. Appalling customer service."
"I have been in the printing business for over 30 years and have never received such horrible customer service in my life.
The web site has sever flaws and the reorder process requires you to edit the order before you place the order, which doesn't make any since.
I placed a business card order earlier this year with a glossy finish and reorder the same business cards four months later with no changes, but they were printed with a matte finish. I called customer service and was told that I had to edit the reorder before placing the order. The representative refused to hear anything else I had to say and hung up the phone."
"I'm a small business. So, I don't have the funds to hire a big design firm. I loved some of the templates. But, decided to use their design services team to help with my business cards and mailers. I have to say, I am in LOVE with my designs. And the prints were even more spectacular. When I went to pick them up in the office, they did a full QC with me. "I am from Indiana and decided to go to a helicopter conference in California, at the Robinson Helicopter Company. Since I have a helicopter business, I decided that I needed to take business cards with me to hand out with special pricing. I went on the web and found overnightprints.com and actually saw that they had an overnight shipping option. I ordered the business cards on March 7th, 2019 and was happy to see that there was a guaranteed delivery date on check out for March 8th. I left for my conference on March 10th and followed tracking to see that the business cards arrived my home in INDIANA on March 11th! When I contacted the company, explaining that the point of having overnight business cards was to have them with me for the conference, they offered to refund part of the shipping. They just did not get the big picture! The business cards had special pricing for this event on them. When I returned home after the conference, I had a box of worthless cards! $61.41 wasted!"
"Just received 500 unusable postcards for my short film from overnight prints.com. Dark, saturated, blurry and basically garbage. Wouldn't use them to line my litter box. I immediately called them and then emailed customer service as requested and they are clearly used to this as I got a response back from their customer care specialist Caitlynn Jones saying they were not responsible and cut and paste the fine print about why. Something about gamut and RGB and CMYK and other things that no one but a professional printer would have heard of. I had a friend put together a high resolution image that he said would work for postcard printing. I even paid the EXTRA ONE DOLLAR AT CHECKOUT which says they will reach out to you if there is ANY ISSUE with your order before printing. I would think that your order being unusable would come under an 'issue' but no one contacted me. I am out $58 but it's not really the money(though the money is a lot for me and comes out of a very tight budget) but the fact that any company would have a customer care specialist and yet not care if the product was not only unsatisfactory but unusable is beyond my comprehension and truly saddens me. I ordered these postcards to take to a film festival next weekend that my film is screening in and now I will have no postcards. PLEASE DO NOT USE OVERNIGHTPRINTS.COM for anything. "
"I would give ZERO STARS, if that were possible. I ordered business cards. After going back and forth with customer service multiple times, the cards finally shipped. The delivery company that OverNightPrints uses stated they made a delivery attemp, but I was not home! It was 85 degrees, I was siting on a lounge chair in the yard all afternoon catching some sun, waiting for the delivery, also the security camera on the front of the house showed no activity all afternoon. When I contacted OverNightPrints about this matter, I was told "Take this matter up with the delivery company, this matter is out of our hands". They use some fly-by-night delivery service I have never even heard of. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS?

"Worst business card printing mistake of my life. Paid triple the amount of the cards for shipping in order to get them at a specific time, needed for a sales conference. Turns out their shipping times are "estimates" despite the fact you are paying for FedEx premium services. Basically, they give themselves extra time to print as FedEx will always do their job. Printing sucked as well. 'Overnight' is a total joke. Save your time and money and use Vista Prints or some other reputable print provider. These guys ****!!"

I ordered overnight prints for CES conference in Las Vegas and paid $45 rush fee, the cards were supposed to be delivered on 4th Jan but never reached till 6th Jan and I was supposed to travel to Vegas for conference on 7Th.
When I call them to cancel they said they can not cancel although order is still not processed and they never said its guaranteed overnight service :) thats the name of the business but its not a guarantee . I was told that company can send it to my vegas add and I will get it as soon as I get there, I reached vegas and went to conference without business cards and when I called them they said upps still not done but tomorrow for sure and again they pulled a fast one finally cards got delivered on 11th after I left the conference and vegas and I lost $55 and still got no cards.

"I placed an order then the next day received a message indicating that it would be delayed because of the fonts. I knew my fonts were the correct size but I still updated the size. I really didn't like the fact that they then pushed the order back 2 days. They basically hustled me into expedited shipping because I had to have my order asap, so I upgrade to 2-day shipping. The morning of delivery I received an email indicating my order would be delayed. I sent a message for a refund of my shipping that I paid extra for and 3 days later have heard nothing back, no eta on my order and feel this is a straight scam company. This was a very bad experience and I would say don't buy from this company!"
"I will never use this company again! I paid to have the product by a certain date and here it is a week later. I needed these items for a gift. I called and they said they would print them that day and overnight them to me. It didn't happen. Customer service is a HUGE JOKE. It's too bad- their products are nice but don't hold your breath if you need something by a certain date. Should be renamed " Overnight Prints-In Your Dreams""
