Avoid at all costs...

"This company is a fraud. They take your money for an expedited order, and when the order does not show up...you get a templated email reply every time you enquire. When I demanded the order be completed, they cancelled the order and did not refund the money. They are a scam. Period. Their call center people will not allow you to speak to anyone that is a supervisor...because there are none...it is a total scam. They do not do their own printing, and when they do not pay their subs....the well dries up and the customer is screwed. You have been warned. "

Bad cards

"Cards that came in were in bad condition. I sent pictures of the cards and the company said they had an error and will ship new ones. When receiving the cards a second time. They were worse off then the first. Time wasted and cards wasted. Not happy with the workmanship from this company. When i brought it up to them a 3rd time. They basically said they cant fix it. Why are you in a business card business if you cannot make simple cards?"

You won't get your order and they'll refuse to refund you.

"Ordered 3/28/22 and paid to be delivered 4/1/22. Never showed up.

4/4, 4/5, 4/6 and 4/7 I was told on a live chat that they were "almost done" had been "expedited" and would be "shipping very soon." The excuse was that they were "short staffed."

4/8 I called and was told they had an overnight shipping label on them and that they'd be in my hands on 4/9.

Never showed. Shocker.

4/11 i did another live chat and was told the exact same thing I was told 4/4, word for word, besides the excuse of why. Now they weren't short staffed, there were technology issues. I asked for a manager to call.

She left a message saying they were working on rounding the corners (I thought they were done a full 7 days before this?) and that they should be shipping soon. I would be getting refunded "the difference in shipping" and an...

EIGHT DOLLAR STORE CREDIT. My order was $60.

We've disputed the charge with our credit card company because Overnight Prints refuses to just issue a simple refund.

Avoid them at all costs!!

"DONT USE THEM , unprofessional

If it was possible I would give them no stars. Before I made my order I chatted with an agent on 4/1 to ask if I did overnight would it make it to me no later than 4/5 for a time sensitive project on 4/6. The agent said they guarantee it as long as I made the order by 2 pm. So I made the order at 10 am 4/1. Mind you I paid extra for overnight shipping just in case.

The following Monday I contacted a chat agent just to double check on my order because I noticed that it was still in production phase just to make sure it would be shipped soon. The agent said it was finished with the cutting phase and will be shipped that day as well as arrive on the estimated time. I chatted with an agent later in the day to check on my order because it was in production phase and the agent said they had “technical difficulties “ with their machine and it would get shipped soon.

I didn’t understand if that were the case then 1. How come they didn’t notify me via email or phone. Or what does a broken printing machine have to do with my order which was done with the cutting phase. So I checked back the next day and they told me the same thing on 4/5 which was the date the first agent guaranteed it. I check at midnight and they still didn’t even print a shipping label for my order and it was still in what they call production phase. I checked back 4/6 and 4/7 and they were telling me it was still in production phase . When I requested a refund they said we only can refund you for shipping when you get the product and we will ship it out by the end of the week. I would think as a courtesy for an issue that wasn’t on my part with the machine I would’ve gotten some sort of refund or discount or have them cover the shipping but they did nothing

They also said that "We cannot guarantee anything on deliveries" when the chat agent did and they have a page stating that they do

Quality prints, DELAYED shipping and HORRIBLE communication

"I chose to give Overnight Prints a try because they were priced well... clearly you get what you pay for. A week after I was supposed to receive my order and it still had not arrived, I emailed customer service because I didn't receive an email or anything, letting me know it would be running late. I asked for an updated delivery date and all they would say is they were working on my order as quickly as possible. Wouldn't give me an updated delivery date or any additional info. Low and behold, I received a shipping confirmation the next day. Even then, they had shipping issues and the original shipping date was adjusted another 6 days, once the shipping label was created. I ordered 50 business cards on March 8 and was supposed to receive them in 3 to 5 days. I finally received them on April 2 - over three weeks later. If you don't need something quickly and you don't mind not being updated or informed on your order, maybe the cheaper pricing is all you need. My business cards were of good quality and did look exactly as they should. I personally, will not be using Overnight Prints again. I'd rather pay an extra $5 and actually get my order within the time-range the website I'm ordering from states I will. I really hope this company is able to to turn their communication and expediency around or they shouldn't expect to stay in business for much longer. "

Worst service I've ever used

"I ordered a poster last year around July or so, and after some weeks inrequested a refund because rhey hadn't printed or shipped it. They told me it had been printed and was on its way "days after I asked to cancel order", and said there could be no refund sue to it being peinted and shipped.

It never arrived.

Fast forward! It's March 2023, and I live in Korea now. I got an email that my order had just shipped! I asked to get whatever that was canceled, and they told me it had been printed and shipped and no refunds. I flipped my lid in the following email. I'll be reporting their business to my bank to block ANY potential transactions from them after now.

Worst printer ever

"I've dealt with a lot of print companies in my professional career and Overnight Prints are hands down the absolute worst. Their customer service basically consiste of copy and pasting stock responses to the many issues they have with no dialogue to actually resolve problems, and thats if they even bother to reply at all!

A number of late deliveries in a short period of time led me to get in contact with them. They were not willing to accept any responsibility despite the orders not having physically been printed by the so called 'estimated' delivery day. If this had only happened once then I could just chalk it up to an error, but as it has happened multiple times, it is clearly an issue with the business at large. And the lack of willingness to fix their errors is abhorrent - I can'tunderstand how they are still in business.

I recommend you use literally any other printer as none could possibly be worse than Overnight Prints.

Horrible Customer Service

"Unfortunately their website makes them seem like a much more reputable business than they are. They have provided horrible customer service and extremely poor communication. They have refused to help with an order that is delayed over a week now and will provide absolutely no status update on the order. Their refusal to provide accurate information shows that they are running an unreliable operation. Do not trust them with your printing needs if you want in a timely manner. "

Zero Stars!

"Wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered something from Overnight Prints that was to be a birthday gift. Paid extra shipping so it would be delivered in plenty of time. It was to be here over a month ago. Payment was processed over a month ago. I have received nothing but the run-around. Very disappointed."

Read this before you order!

"I ordered magnets from Overnight Prints, a Farheap Company. I paid extra to have them overnighted (as the name would suggest) for a work function. They didn't arrive. At all. I called and the rep I spoke with told me they had issues with the printing machine the week before. However, I could no longer use the magnets for the work event since they were late/not there, so I canceled my order. The rep told me I couldn't and they would not refund me. She also told me I couldn't speak with anyone in production, a supervisor, or anyone else. I don't know how Bob W. (other reviewer) got his refund! Sounds like he was relentless.

As was I. I called corporate - disconnected. I used my contacts to get the direct lines to their C-suite. Disconnected. I managed to get a former employee on the phone, but that didn't help. I messaged Brenda Heap and Brett Heap on LinkedIn. Nothing. I emailed Brett directly at 2 email addresses: Farheap bounced and no response to the other. I finally got another rep on the phone and she reiterated what the first told me. So, I paid for a product to be delivered on a specific date and I did not receive what I paid for, nor were they providing a refund.

I reported them to BBB (along with many others, I discovered) and finally just filed a claim with my bank - they will pursue the refund (and since I got a shipping notice right after I spoke with the rep, we will be declining delivery/returning to sender). Big Boi BofA coming at ya, Farheap! That $50 magnet order isn't going to pay your fines. And on principle (because the $50 isn't the issue) and the fact that you made me look incompetent with my client, I'm posting this review everywhere: Facebook, Google, Craigslist, GlassDoor, on the bulletin board at the Starbucks around the corner.

They used to be good - but not anymore

"NEVER USING THEM AGAIN I'd give zero stars if I could. Have used them since the early 2000's and they used to be a good online printer- everything arrived on time and rarely ever had a problem. I would often use them if I was in a rush because they were very reliable. That was then - now it's a totally different story.

Now they're the worst - paid for expedited shipping and order was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago - still shows as "in production" They stopped responding to my emails and refuse to give me a date when the order will actually ship. Was told last week the order had finished printing and just needed to be packed and shipped - was told today the order hasn't finished printing. Tried to cancel it - but they won't let me.

Just keep being told "they'll ship soon" and they won't give a ship date. I've wasted soooo many hours dealing with a basic business card order.

A pathetic excuse for a Print Service!

"I placed an order for three sets of cards for the companies we own. These were nothing fancy and actually were stock images Overnight prints had available. My first red flag should have been that they charged separate shipping ($7.99 ea) on each order and would not combine. Then when the cards arrived one set was so unevenly trimmed (the image was skewed on the card) they look like a drunk used scissors to make them, the second set the background color was approved as a tan, they arrived Yellow! Then when I brought these to the attention of Overnight Prints they respond with "the cards as shipped are within printing tolerence". Are you kidding me? these represent the company and are horrible! Trust me, you do not want to use this printer at any price or any reason. Google the address, (2929 Magazine st., Louisville Ky) the building has most of the windows broken out, and its in a rundown slum. No wonder they dont care what the customers presentation looks like, they dont care about their own! Overall a really pathetic excuse for a professional printer selling garbage."

You wont get your order on time and you can't cancel it.

"The expected date for me to receive my order is overdue a week now and when I called to speak to the rep, she in informed me they had a technical error with their machine and that's why they couldn't process my order until they get the machine fixed. There was no definite timeline I would receive my order.

I would have been more understandable with Overnight warning me there was a delay in my order but the fact that I had to email and call them to find out what was happening and then told that they "tried" to contact customers with delays, which is not accurate is disappointing.

My backup was to order from a different company that was more reliable and could get me what I needed right away. I was told that I could not cancel my order because it is in production, and if I did cancel, I would only receive a credit on shipping which makes no sense.

I've ordered from them in the past several times and never had issues, it just seems they've gone downhill. If they are over staffed, that's fine, just update the estimated delivery dates so people have realistic expectations. Would I order from them in the future...absolutely not

"Still waiting for canvas prints I ordered over a month ago as Christmas gifts. Christmas came and went 20 days ago. These people should put a good faith disclosure on their site that they are running months behind before accepting any orders. "
