My credit card was charged immediately, although the item was not in stock. Customer service was poor and not very helpful on the phone(just referred to terms and conditions and stated that the item would be posted "within the next few days".
Returns procedure is also not customer friendly. One gets the impression they make returns as difficult as possible. You have to request a specific returns form by email and after posting the item, email the tracking details to receive a refund.
On the plus side the item (sports watch) arrived in good condition & prices are competitive.
Would not use the retailer again due to poor customer experience."
