"International deliveries are very poor. My order(Keela jacket) was invoiced on 1st Sept 2011 for a delivery to Kuwait. I was supposed to use this jacket for a high altitude trek in the Himalayas starting end of September. I am due to depart tomorrow(29th Sept) and have not yet received delivery. Repeated emails have only resulted in assurances. Its sad that it takes almost a month for an international delivery. I am now stranded without a good jacket for the entire trek, thanks to ExtremeGb's extremely poor and disappointing international delivery standards. The order was sent by Royal mail instead of a faster and more professional courier service."
