"My daughter ordered a hoodie on June 12th 2019. Its now 2020 and she's never received her item.
I was advised by them in August (2019) they'd be forwarding the tracking details ASAP... Nothing after that!
Pathetic excuse for a "company". I'd give 0 stars if possible. Anyone saying they are legit are obviously tied to the "company" in some way.

"Ordered a christmas sweater and chose express service.
13 days (9 business days) later: no order confirmation email, site tracking just said "paid" (I had to decipher the order number from an external PayPal receipt since none was given) and when I asked to cancel the order after not getting so much as an order confirmation they failed to even acknowledge my request and I had to cancel through PayPal.
Will not order through them again and do not recommend.
Would be 1 star except they didnt fight the PayPal cancellation."

Once I did finally get information on how to resolve issue, was told I had to ship item back to Netherlands at my own expense. Spending $50 to return a $30 hoodie is not going to happen. I chose EMS shipping and it took about 5 days from Japan to China since the date I placed my order. The products came in perfect condition. And the packaging is GREAT (cardboard box+bubble wrap+plastic cover). Before purchasing, I sent an email asking about the condition of the DVD boxset I wanted to buy because the item description showed that it was preowned. The seller Alex responded very quickly and checked the item for me.

"Recently I purchased 3 sweaters from otakuplan. Due to financial reasons, the day after I had to cancel since I could no longer afford them. I attempted to reach out several times to do this right away and I was only met with no response for the first 2 emails. On my 3rd email they finally responded just to state that they were shipping my sweaters soon and ignoring my cancellation request. Days went by of this continuous back and forth and it was the same thing every time. I'm furious because now I have to wait for the sweaters to arrive in a month and then send them back which will take time and money. I can't believe the utter disrespect the way that company treated me and I recommend to not purchase anything from them."
