"While I did have issues with my order getting lost and the wrong part sent on two occasions, the president of the company did refund my purchase price and has been trying to find the proper part I ordered (an unusual Xerox power cord configuration). He promised me a free part because of the screw ups and he has been trying very hard to clear his company name. I had to do my own research to find the proper part number though. I would have thought they would have schematics on file there. At least now he should be able to get the part to me as promised."

"This company and it's owner are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. We ordered a fuser for our HP8150 and when it arrived it jammed paper. We put the old fuser in and it worked fine but it makes black streak. When I called and spoke with them they said they did not provide tech upport and if he knew it was us then he would not have sold it to us. We hae bought 5-6 HP8150 printers over the years and this is how we are treated. He said he would put in a call tag and credit my credit card but as of today I have yet to see anything.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are many other companies around that provide top notch quality and service."
