Since they are offering good condition "good pull" of used parts that will later be inspected before shipment at a credited discount I will be happy with that since we badly need these parts. I realize Xerox is not under your control however I whish the website was better maintained in order to show the actual status of in stock or not and if something has to be back ordered. Instead I had to call a few times to finally get some concrete information on this and then to be finally offered good condition used parts. For this I will say 4 stars for somewhat satisfied. "Ordered my part but didn't get an email or phone to notify me that it is on back order. I called when I realized we didn't get the part the next day like I ordered it. At that time they told me it is on back order for two weeks and I would receive an email when it was in. Three weeks later I noticed I was charged for the part but still have not recieved it. Again I called to find out what was going on. Mike T. was helpful and apologetic which helped to deruffle my feathers. He did follow up with me and gave me the tracking number of the package so I definitely knew when the part was coming in."
