"Part fit and was in great condition. However the front panel was not meant for the particular model printer and did not match the case. In my case it was not worth returning because it would work but cosmetically it could have been an issue for others. Condition and price were both good. Retailer just needs to fine tune the exact model number to insure it is really a duplicate part."

"Don't do it! Not 100% sure the printer was even serviced before we got it. It was shipped to our door on a semi tractor trailer that could not deliver it. Extra charge for special delivery was never mentioned in the sales process. In fact shipping was one of the reasons I chose Orion to start with. Ended up we had to go to the truck terminal to get it. Drum was not installed and it was not in a box. Had to go online to figure out how to install it. It was about two months until we started really using the printer and then only lightly. Didn't even use a ream of paper and we started getting toner streaks on the paper. Contacted Orion and they said I should replace the toner and drum - and that they are "supplies" and not covered under warranty. Responses from customer service were slow and not at all professional."
