"I am very, very, disappointed in Organize.com. Their website indicated free shipping. When I checked out I selected to let them choose shipping method. It states that they will choose the most economical way to ship. However, I ended up with $5.95 shipping charges. More than the product was worth. I used their e-mail form to contact them to cancel the order. No respononse, no cancellation. I will never do business with them again due to their lack of customer support and their misleading shipping information on their website."

"Possibly the worst service I've ever received from an online store. I placed my order on 1/31/12 and received a confirmation e-mail immediately. Then, radio silence. No information on the website, no responses to my repeated attempts to e-mail them (3x). Finally, I called and spoke to someone who said it would ship that same day and I would receive an e-mail. Nothing. Waited three more days and sent more e-mails (still have not had a response). Today 2/6/12, I spoke to someone and cancelled my order. That part they got right -- it was cancelled and I had confirmation within the hour. How are they still in business?

To Organize.Com Customer Service: Please resend the e-mail explaining the delay. I never received one. The only e-mail I have ever received from your company was the automated one which occurred seconds after I placed the order.

"I found exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, there was no option for free shipping , even at a certain amount. Because of this, I am unlikely to check Organize.com first when searching for needed products. And the shipping was slow compared to the free shipping that usually arrives within 2 days on alternative sites."
