The customer care person just told me its past the 30 days I have no options to do anything. Now I'm stuck with bins I can't even use! "So far, my experience with Organize.com is not a very good one! I have yet to receive my order. Considering what they charge for their products, add in the shipping costs...that should equal much better delivery of their product. To be honest, I will probably buy the same products from another merchant. I purchased products from both on the same day....received & am using the other merchants purchase for over a week, while the Organization.com products are now SUPPOSED to arrive in 2 more days. VERY DISAPPOINTED FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - PROBABLY LAST TIME AS WELL.
UPDATE: Products finally arrived, boxes severely "beat up"...thankfully they contained nothing that was fragile...stainless steel. Very poor service for what they charge. "

"Organize yourself first. Multiple items purchased and only one item with tracking info and the others i don't even know where they are. Some are only allowed to purchase in multiple. Some still charge 'restocking fee of 15%' with return shipping cost on customers. Due to poor description of the item, I've received a miniature of what I was expecting....The bottom line is it's a collection of multiple vendors. "
"NO, they did not deliver. I found that items I purchased were not sized correctly. Their customer service agent did not respond to the issue in a way that was satisfying. And after 2 phone calls (830a & 130p) tryng to speak to the customer service supervisor. The end of the business day has come and gone have yet to hear back from them. Which makes me just want to return everything for a refund and call my experience with them over.
Additionally, Organize customer service pales in comparison to speaking with the customer service agent with one of the vendors (Simple Human) of 1 of the items that i purchased. The item had a problem with and they not only were understanding but quickly and efficiently resolved the issue sending out new parts. When that conversation was over I left feeling even though there was a problem that shouldn't have happened I continue to feel positive about their brand, products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
