"I had been looking for some cute bins for my closet but could not find the size and color I wanted locally.i googled storage bins and found Organize.com. I found just what I wanted and will be ordering more in the future. Delivery was prompt and the bins were packaged nicely. The cost was comparable with local stores and even with shipping, I feel I got a good deal. Delivery to the front door cannot be beat. Organize.com is a wonderful site."

"I placed an order, received confirmation email and then nothing. I left messages and sent an email and no response. A week later finally talked to a person who told me it was to ship that day and should receive tracking information email. Did not receive anything so I called 3 days later and it hadn't shipped so I asked to cancel order. Never got an email so.... 16 days after I initially placed the order I call back and it hadn't been cancelled and it hadn't been shipped either. Plus there was no record of my phone conversations.
I am surprised with this level of service that they have any business. The first person lied and said it was shipping, the second person didn't cancel my order. In the meantime, I don't have an order and no communication from the company whatsoever.
I actually talked to the "customer service manager" and she had nothing other then she will cancel it. No apology, no explanation....zip. Would not order from this company. Have no idea what their products are like because they charge you and then don't ship anything.

"Terrible. I have not yet received my ordered item. I have already sent one email request but have heard nothing from them. I am absolutely appalled at their customer service and will not hesitate to let all my friends and family know about my bad experience with organize.com"

"may overall experience with organize.com is good. However some parts of the order process were a little slow. When all is said and done though I have no real complaints and will gladly order from them again. I appreciatd the fact that they use paypal, it is the only way I order on line."

"Very frustrated! I received an e-mail 6 days after I placed my order telling me the item was out of stock and no solution! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other Organization companies! There are plenty!"

"My order from Organize.com was for 2-products; of which, to-date, I've received 1, only.

The product that I did receive (Wine Rack) was ontime. However, the box was damaged - which punctured thru and chipped paint off the rack. I have pictures; if necessary. I have not opened up the package; YES, the hole was that BIG!

The 2nd product was orginally supposed to be received with the wine rack. I received an email (date of delivery) - which was quite hard to read - that indicated not all of my product was shipping.

"I placed several orders with organize.com after moving into a smaller apartment and finding that additional storage solutions were desperately needed. I also ordered a Christmas present from them, and plan to order much more in the future. The one negative is that they were a bit slow the week before Christmas in updating their inventory, and as a result I did not recieve a few items on my order. Worse, there was no email explaining why or what happened. I called customer service and found out they were backordered for weeks, which was extremely disappointing but there's not much that can be done. I did eventually receive an email notifying me of the backorder and apologizing for the delay, so I'm not too upset. They have also given me the option to change the order at any time if I do not want to wait. Great customer service, but I wish I had gotten notice of the backorder before my other items arrived. "
