"Good selection of products. Good prices Fast shipping, great RMA exchange process. Purchased a Viridian R5 for my Rugger LC9s which did not turn on and need to be exchanged. Viridian seems to have a QC problem, I have purchased two of their laser products both had out of the box function problems."

"Bought a camera from them, my credit card was charged, but they cancelled order, saying it's a possible fraud. Didn't notify me and didn't reverse the charge. Just keeping money saying they forgot to cancel invoice. Terrible service, don't buy from them!"

"Optics planet was great on the order, including replacing the Lasermax cause it wouldn't,t turn on. When I informed them of the problem, they sent me a replacement quickly.
I would give them a ten out of ten. Every order I've ever had with them has. Been a great experience.
Now the Lasermax is a horse of a different color. The unit didn't the weapon correctly, and when I called Lasermax, they sent me another replacement. To make the story short, unless you are handy with a Xacto knife set, and are good and patient, so that you carve the trigger section out like I did, IT AIN'T GONNA FIT.

"Purchased XTS laser/light combo.It was advertized as a green laser/light combo.When I added it to my cart it came up as a red laser/light combo. I called customer service to verify which light I was ordering.After I was put on hold for a few minutes; the sales representative returned and said that he confirmed that it was I green/laser light. I purchased the product and it went on back order for a month.Upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find a red/laser light combo.I called customer service to report the discrepancy and try to acquire a green laser.They had no interest in researching the issue and just stated it was a red laser and if I was dissatisfied they would send me a Rma # and ship it back for free. In summary, If I would have received the green laser light combo it would have been a good buy. However, I could have purchased a red laser/light combo anywhere for that price.The light appeared to be a quality product so I just kept it ."

"I had to return the product ordered, unit was defective, it was returned packed exactly the way it was by the manufacturer. It took 18 days to receive a replacement and I had to call them and remind them of their 10 day replacement policy. The replacement Item that was sent to me WAS NOT NEW. Item was not in original packing, additional items in kit were laying in box, item has scratches, manufacturers box was damaged even though packed well (shipping box undamaged) and documentation was severely damaged. OPTIC PLANET HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY OF ANY COMPANY THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. I'm a business owner and would fire an employee that treated a customer as I have been treated by Optics Plant. Due to this experience I will not do business with them in the future.

In the Optics Planet reply below, they state they have no records of my return?
Obviously they have fowled records or incompetence among the staff. It is very clear the order number was 5871909 with the replacement item under order 6055857 or all they had to do was look up my name. How hard is it to put out a small bit of effort??? AND THEY STILL IGNORE THE KEY PROBLEM OF REPLACING A NEW PURCHASE WITH A USED ITEM!!!!!!!

"Buy with Confidence!!! Optics Planet ships fast and their nohassel return policy is the best. "Item as described and promptly delivered, but this retailer added me to a mailing list without my permission, and then proceeded to follow up with a request to write a review here a week after I logged back in and clicked their "unsubscribe from all mailings" option. Well, you wanted it, OpticsPlanet, here you go. Good shopping experience, but very poor level of respect for their customer's communication preferences. "
